Shipping & Delivery Information
We use NZ Post for our deliveries and charge as little as possible. The costs depend on the weight/size of the items. All parcels are shipped with tracking. Occasionally, very small items may be sent untracked via standard letter post.
There is free delivery for locals on RD2 and RD4 Picton.
Because we also operate a walk-in store, which shares the same stock, it is possible that the amount available shown on this website may not be accurate. We will contact you immediately should this be affecting your order.
Our shipping starts on a rural delivery run, so add a minimum of one working day to the delivery time. Most deliveries should arrive in 5-6 business days.
To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If you're unsure, please contact us for assistance.

It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct urban or rural shipping option based on our automatic address finder results. Incorrect selections may result in overcharges, which are not the responsibility of SoundSoap.
Specific delivery instructions (e.g., 'leave on deck') cannot be passed on by us to NZ Post. Customers must arrange any such 'Authority to Leave' directly with NZ Post after receiving their tracking information.
